Privacy policy

Eventcrewet (company reg. no. 12 34 56 78) is the data controller for the personal data we process about you. This policy describes what information we collect, why, and what rights you have.

What information do we collect?

• When booking: name, email, phone, delivery address and order contents — necessary to fulfil the rental agreement (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• When creating an account: additionally a password (stored only as a cryptographic hash) and optionally a company name.
• When you contact us: the information you provide yourself in a form, email or phone call.

What do we use it for?

• Fulfilling the rental agreement: order confirmation, delivery, invoicing and support.
• Bookkeeping: invoice information is kept for 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (GDPR art. 6.1.c).
• We do not pass your information to third parties for marketing.

Cookies

The site only uses technically necessary cookies: your cart and your login. We don't use tracking or marketing cookies.

Retention & deletion

Order and invoice information is kept for 5 years due to the Bookkeeping Act. Account information is deleted when you ask us to, or after 3 years of inactivity. Enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after closure.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability — and to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. Contact us at info@eventcrewet.dk.
