We deliver from our warehouse in Tune between Roskilde and Køge — with fixed zone prices, so you know the shipping cost before you book.

How delivery works
For weekend rentals we typically deliver Thursday or Friday and collect again Monday or Tuesday. The week before your party you'll receive an SMS with a time window — and the installer's direct number in case anything needs coordinating on the day.
Tents are always set up and taken down by our installers; that's included in the price. Tables, chairs and other equipment are delivered together to where you indicate — setup can be added for an extra fee.
Pick up yourself and save on shipping
Everything except tents can be picked up free of charge at the warehouse in Tune by arrangement. Remember a trailer or a spacious car — tables take up more room than you'd think. Open for pickup Friday 12–5pm and drop-off Monday 8am–12pm, or by arrangement.
Access conditions
Check that there's free access to the setup location: gates, low branches and narrow passages under 1.2 m are good to know about in advance. If access is difficult, we'll find a solution — it only costs extra if it requires additional staff, and we always agree on that beforehand.
