About Eventcrewet
Thousands of tents, hundreds of weddings, and more draught beer than we dare count — that's the story of a company that loves a good party.
Eventcrewet is a family-owned tent and party rental business based in Tune, between Roskilde and Køge. It all started with one tent, a trailer, and a neighbour's confirmation party — today we have a warehouse full of tents in every size, hundreds of tables and chairs, complete tableware for large parties, and all the technical gear from draught beer rigs to tent heaters.
The name Eventcrewet stands for the three things everything we do has to live up to: Tents, Trimmings and Trust. You can see the first two on the stock list. You feel the third when the tent is there on time, when the installer takes an extra sweep with the broom, and when we say no to a booking we can't deliver on properly.
We believe it should be easy: build your tent in the configurator, send a request, and get a no-obligation quote — usually the same weekday. No long forms, no waiting around not knowing. (Direct online booking and a webshop are coming in a later phase.)
We keep our word
The tent is there when we said it would be — and the phone gets answered when you call. Sounds obvious. It isn't, in this business.
Quality that survives a party
We buy equipment that can take real-world use, and we maintain it between every single rental. Worn-out gear gets retired.
Local, and easy to talk to
We're from Tune and we know Zealand. You talk to the same people who come and raise your tent — not a call centre.
