Terms & conditions
These terms apply to all rentals from Eventcrewet, company reg. no. 12 34 56 78, Karlslunde Centervej 25, 4030 Tune (hereinafter "Eventcrewet"). By booking, you accept these terms.
1. Booking & confirmation
A booking is binding on Eventcrewet once you've received an order confirmation by email. Stock status on the website is live; items are reserved for you for the chosen period once the booking is completed.
2. Prices & payment
All prices are in Danish kroner including 25% VAT. An invoice is sent on order confirmation with a payment deadline 14 days before the rental starts. If booked later than 14 days before the rental starts, the invoice is due immediately. Business and public customers can pay via EAN/company-registration invoice.
3. Changes & cancellation
You can adjust quantities and items up to 7 days before the rental starts, subject to stock availability. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before the rental starts. For cancellation 14–7 days before, 50% of the rental amount is invoiced; for later cancellation, the full amount is invoiced. Delivery can always be cancelled free of charge.
4. Delivery, setup & pickup
Tents are set up, anchored and taken down by Eventcrewet's installers. The renter ensures free access to the setup location and reports any underground installations (cables, sewage, sprinklers) before stakes are driven in. Other equipment is delivered and collected together at the same location.
5. Use & liability during the rental period
During the rental period, the equipment is in the renter's custody, and the renter is responsible for it from delivery to pickup. Tents must not be moved, and open flames, grills or uncontrolled heat sources must not be used inside the tent. The renter arranges any necessary permits (e.g. a street party or public land) and — for events with over 150 people in a tent — notification to the fire authorities. Eventcrewet provides certificates and drawings.
6. Damage & loss
Normal wear and tear is included in the rental. Broken or lost items are charged at cost price per the compensation price list in effect at the time, which is sent with the order confirmation. Tableware is returned rinsed; dishwashing and laundering of tablecloths are included.
7. Weather & force majeure
The tents are designed for normal Danish summer weather. In the event of a storm warning or extreme weather, Eventcrewet may, for safety reasons, require the tent to be closed, secured or taken down; Eventcrewet will contact the renter with a plan in that case. Neither party is liable for circumstances beyond its control (force majeure).
8. Complaints & disputes
Defects must be reported to Eventcrewet immediately on delivery at 71 99 90 55, so we can fix them before the party. Disputes are settled under Danish law at the court in Roskilde.
